Oil Skimmers – AG25 “Mini David” Skimming System
The Model AG25 Oil Skimming System is designed to remove free-floating oils, grease and other material from the surface of water in indoor and outdoor applications where space is limited. The compact design makes it ideal for “tramp oil” removal from metal cutting machine (CNC machine) coolant reservoirs, central coolant systems, parts washers, waste water treatment oil/water equalization tanks, oil/water separators, and hundreds of other applications.

How The Skimmer Works:
The Model AG25 Oil Skimmer uses a specially formulated ¼” diameter collector tube (TigerTube®) that is sized in length for the application and welded into a continuous loop. The ¼” TigerTube® collector tube floats on the surface of water and is driven in a continuous loop by the skimmer. Oils, fats, and grease cling to the outside surface of the TigerTube® and are drawn into the skimmer. The material drawn into the skimmer is scraped off the TigerTube® by abrasive resistant scrapers (Dureon® scrapers) and flows into a sludge pan with 1” drain coupling. The clean side of the TigerTube® collector tube is then driven back to the surface of the water by the skimmer to remove more material.

• Medium Oils & Grease - 9 GPH
• Heavy Oils & Grease - 20 GPH

* 1/12 HP 115 Volt Single Phase Motor.

Custom mounts that include pumps, 500 - 2000 gallon collection tanks, and complete system controls are available for unique customer requirements.
